YourPredictionTips is a digital software product delivered electronically. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the platform and all features included in your license tier. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. After the 14-day period, refunds may still be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues: If the platform is fundamentally non-functional and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
  • Unauthorized transaction: If the purchase was made without your authorization.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Include your registered email address and any relevant transaction or receipt information.
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to use the platform or its features after account activation
  • Issues caused by third-party services, bookmakers, or betting exchanges
  • Financial losses from betting activities (the platform provides tools, not financial advice)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination

5. JVZoo Purchases

If you purchased through JVZoo, refund requests are subject to JVZoo's marketplace policies. You may initiate a refund request through JVZoo's support system or by contacting us directly. JVZoo's standard refund period and policies apply to purchases made through their platform.

6. Account Deactivation on Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your account and associated reseller instance will be deactivated. Any data, branding, content, or user accounts created within your instance may be permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting a refund.
