1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YourPredictionTips platform ("the Platform"), including any sub-domains, features, content, or applications offered by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

YourPredictionTips provides a white-label software platform that enables resellers to operate their own branded prediction tips, matched betting, and sports analytics services. The Platform includes tools such as a matched betting calculator, arbitrage scanner, bet tracker, bankroll manager, and content management features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform in accordance with your subscription tier. For lifetime license holders, this license remains valid indefinitely, subject to compliance with these Terms. You may not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the underlying software code. Resellers are licensed to operate a branded instance of the Platform and may invite end users to access their instance.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Platform to promote illegal gambling in jurisdictions where it is prohibited.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or related systems.
• Not upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
• Comply with any additional guidelines or policies published on the Platform.

6. Betting and Financial Disclaimer

The Platform provides tools and information for sports betting analysis, including matched betting and arbitrage calculations. This information is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice. All betting involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any financial losses incurred.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design — are owned by YourPredictionTips and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Resellers may apply their own branding to their instance but do not acquire ownership of the underlying platform technology.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including odds data providers, bookmakers, and betting exchanges. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourPredictionTips and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
